Diane Adams is the Chief Learning Officer for the Mount Sinai Health System, which consists of 42,000 employees, 8 hospitals, a school of medicine and an extensive ambulatory care network. In the role, she provides leadership around the enterprise-wide talent strategy and the design and execution of educational solutions for the workforce. Since joining Mount Sinai, Ms. Adams has held a variety of clinical and leadership roles, including a faculty appointment at the Icahn School of Medicine.
