Witching Hour

Witching Hour
Babies may get fussy late in the afternoon or early evenings. This may be a signal that his or her bedtime has passed. We want to avoid this because, like us, babies produce hormonal responses to staying up and then are harder to put down to sleep. Keep bedtime early, generally between 6-8pm.

Sleeping Routines
Make sure that your infant knows their crib or safe sleep space is not confused for play! Don’t leave any toys in the crib or treat it like a playpen.
