Mount Sinai Health System will host “Go Red” Community Heart Health Fairs throughout the Health System. These events will provide free heart health screenings for blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglyceride levels, and body mass index (BMI). Experts will lead educational demonstrations focused on nutrition and diet, diabetes, stress management, smoking cessation, and relaxation techniques. “Go Red” Community Heart Health Fairs will be held on Friday, February 1, from 11 am to 2 pm, at the following locations:
