The goals of the program are to improve participants’ lifestyles by increasing physical activities, improving healthy eating habits and improving emotional well-beings.
The program includes physical activity class 2 days a week, nutrition classes once a week, and support groups 2 days a week.

A socialization group for Transgender, Gender Non-Conforming, and Gender-Variant teens (ages 12-24). The purpose of this group is to provide a safe forum for therapeutic discussion and psychoeducational activities related to themes such as peer relations, body image, sexuality and family relations.
